Refund and Return Policy

 

We want you to love Kidchamp products. Go ahead. Give it a try.
Sometimes, we also understand you might realize the product is not for you. In this unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms:

  1. You may cancel the order any time ONE day before the schedule delivery.
  2. You are responsible for the product’s return shipping and costs. All goods to be returned must be market as “Returned Goods”

 

Validity Period for Returns: Within 7 days from the date you received your desk, chair or other accessories items, based on our tracking records.

Return Packaging: Must be returned in the Original Packaging. For all other cases, a restocking fee of 15% onwards may apply. If you need help with disassembly, an additional fee of $35 applies.

Return Shipping Fees: Buyers’ responsibility

Condition of Product Eligible for Return: The products must be in excellent condition, no missing or damaged parts and completely disassembled. Otherwise, a damage fee may apply.

Refund: After the returned goods pass our inspection, the refund will be initiated within 14 working days. Refunds will be via the same payment method used for your original purchase. Refunds should be credited to your account within a few days, depending on your bank’s practice.

 

We will be sad to see you go. That said, if you need to return an item, pls email us your order number and product details. We will respond quickly with helpful return instructions.
